• Custom lead generation services (“Leads Services”)

Our leads are sourced and compiled through:

• Publicly available sources
• Government databases in India and other jurisdictions
• Licensed third-party platforms and vendors (including Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, and similar services)
• Internal research and enrichment processes

Disclaimer: We do not claim ownership of third-party leads. All leads are provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Permitted Use

Users agree to utilize the Leads Services strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Business outreach and networking
• Sales and marketing communication
• Strategic partnerships and collaborations

Users expressly agree NOT to:

• Use leads for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
• Engage in spamming, harassment, or unsolicited bulk communication in violation of applicable laws
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the leads
• Store or process leads in violation of applicable data protection laws

3. Leads Accuracy & Warranty Disclaimer

All leads are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of leads
• Validity of contact information
• Response rates or business outcomes

Users acknowledge that leads may contain errors, outdated information, or inconsistencies, and usage is at their own discretion.

4. Third-Party Sources Disclaimer

• Startup Pocket aggregates leads from multiple external platforms.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party providers.
• We disclaim responsibility for inaccuracies originating from external sources.
• Use of such leads is at the user’s sole risk.

5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance (India)

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
• Applicable anti-spam and electronic communication regulations

Startup Pocket shall not be liable for any misuse of leads by users in violation of these laws.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All purchases are one-time payments, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices may be updated without prior notice.
• Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

7. No Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our services:

• All payments are non-refundable.
• No cancellations or exchanges are permitted once access to leads is provided.
• Users are encouraged to book a demo session prior to purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

• This includes loss of profits, business opportunities, or revenue.
• Liability for lead inaccuracies or third-party errors is expressly disclaimed.
• All services are used at the user’s own risk.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Startup Pocket, its founders, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Misuse of leads
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

11. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, structure, and materials are the intellectual property of Startup Pocket.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Service Modification & Suspension

We reserve the right to:

• Update features or pricing
• Suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or policy violations

13. Termination

User access may be terminated without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

15. User Acknowledgment
